1. Information we collect
When you subscribe, place an order or sign up, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, email and order history. For OTP login we temporarily store your phone number to verify identity.
2. How we use it
To deliver fresh A2 milk to your doorstep, send delivery alerts on WhatsApp/SMS, manage your subscription and personalise our recommendations. We never sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with delivery partners (limited to address & phone) and payment processors (Razorpay/Stripe) under strict confidentiality. All processing happens within India.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for cart, login session, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 7 working days.
6. Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your card details.
